An Important Update from Bozarth Auto
After careful consideration, we've made the decision to close the repair and service side of our business. Our last day for repair work will be September 18, 2026.
This wasn't an easy decision, and we want to be upfront about why.
We've always believed there's only one way to do repair work, correctly. That means real diagnostics, tracing a problem to its source, not just reading a code and throwing parts at it. It means being honest about what a vehicle needs, even when that honesty costs us the job. That standard takes time, training, and equipment, and every year it takes more. Manufacturer scan tools, software subscriptions, and programming access now run into the thousands annually before a single repair begins.
Operating a shop to that standard in a rural area comes with challenges that are hard to overcome. There's an expectation that repairs should be fast, turnaround should be immediate, and the bill should be as small as possible all at once. We understand times are tight for everyone, and the economy hasn't made anything easier. But quality diagnostic work and rock bottom pricing can't exist together, no matter how much anyone wishes they could. Rather than lower our standards to meet a price point, we're choosing to step away from repair work altogether.
Bozarth Auto Sales is not going anywhere. This change means our full attention now goes to the side of the business we're most passionate about, finding quality vehicles, reconditioning them the right way, and putting our customers in something dependable at a fair price. With the shop no longer dividing our time, we expect to do that better than ever.
