Just got this today. What an extremely thoughtful and generous gift! We helped David & Kathleen when their truck broke down here in Asheville. We always try to help those travelers that are having truck problems to get back on the road ASAP! And thanks for our great employees that work late and weekends to help! We were honored to have Enka High School interns come and help us with clean up! They were extremely hard workers and impressed us with how awesome they all were. We are proud to be part of Buncombe County Schools Job Program. We will have a student come and join us in learning about being a diesel mechanic for this semester. And we are very excited to be apart of something so special! Tonya Rhinehart and Kyle Reagan are helping these students learn so much. They will be great employees by learning these job skills and work ethic. Cannot wait to see what they all choose to do with their lives after school!

It was another rough day for cleaning out inches and inches of mud but having friends, old and new, help a lot! Tony and his crew from Asheville Lawn&Landscaping, our Snap On Tool Reps, crew from Curtis Hi-Tech, good friend Meagan Capps, Pressley Edmonds, Ethan Durham, Rob Burns, Seth Burns, and even the OCT 12U team came by! We appreciate everyone that has come to help support us. Sorry I didn't get a lot of pics but it doesn't mean we don't feel truly blessed you came. Tomorrow is another day. Stay strong!

We are so thankful for all the calls, texts, thoughts, prayers, offers to help as we begin to clean up. The storm devastated so many lives and the destruction is hard to believe is real. Please bear with us as we will be closed the rest of this week as we try to get our shop back in proper running order. Being part of the Candler community is very special. Helping our business neighbor Mr.Whitt and his 2 friends be rescued last night front their attic, was a wake up call that being safe and alive is truly all that matters. If you weren't affected by this flood, reach out to friends or neighbors that might have been. Coming together will help us all rebuild.
