Two big things!

First. I was able to harvest a nice doe off of my own farm tonight. It may seem small to some, but is a HUGE deal to me. Being blessed with land and harvesting a whitetail off of it was always a dream. She was the first of hopefully many we harvest from here.

Second. Walt was able to get a “real practice” track under his belt. He did great! Once he hit the line it was straight to the deer. She went roughly 100 yards.

Thank you Jesus!

Who all has been hunting this heat? I gave this guy a pass this evening.

Father,

I pray you keep every hunter safe this season. Let their shots be true and let us be successful harvesting your creation.

Keep Mable and I healthy and injury free as we help hunters this year.

Keep watch over my tracker and hunter friends each time they step into the timber.

I thank you for the ability to enjoy your creation and look forward to spending time 18’ closer to you.

Also Lord…… I am praying you send my target buck within range soon.

Amen

*2026 Pricing*

Northwest Missouri

I have kept my prices very steady for the last 4 years but there will be a slight change for this season due to fuel prices.

0-30 mile radius: 125 to arrive and $125 if we tailgate your deer. ($250 total if we recover your deer - same pricing as last 4 seasons)

30-60 mile radius: $150 to arrive and $150 if we tailgate your deer.

60+ mile radius: Will provide a quote depending on distance and availability.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on that? I feel it’s fair for 6 full seasons of experience but would like your thoughts.

I hope everyone shoots accurately and stays safe!

You DONT want to miss this tomorrow! If you don’t have a home church or just want to come visit, come on out!
