I thought I had this 200 Optimax ready to go, but it had one more surprise for me. It's all good now. I'll deliver this boat to the customer tomorrow. Stay tuned for a water test video.

This is a 1996 Johnson 112 V-4. This one got all new lower unit seals, a new complete water pump kit, carbs, overhaul with OMC carb kits, fuel pump rebuild, thermostats, power pack, one new coil, spark plugs, wires ( to replace the aftermarket junk) and some other odds and ends. It also got a new volt meter, ignition switch and a lubing on the remote control.

If you can find one of these props that's New Old Stock in the SysteMached box, it's better than almost any aluminum prop out there. The key is to know what diameter and pitch you need. Of course we're talking Johnson and Evinrude outboards.

Another tank test on this 1996 40 Johnson. I installed a new flywheel key, and I rebuilt the carburetors and the fuel pump. I'll have an on the water test video later this week.
