We’ve ordered, tested, and documented every stock Cavalier strut available. These are just two rear shock comparisons of numbers straight off the dyno.
If you’re running the same struts on each corner, you’re missing out. Take these numbers and multiply them by 15 strut brands and you can really dial in the exact feel that you want as a driver.
Many people just focus on the spring. They’re important, but there is a shock attached to it. Combine a solid spring number, which we have too, with a good shock-that will give you the feel you want.
New for TI this winter is a custom set of struts. We have our base setup, but if you want to hone in on the perfect feel, the custom set is for you. It will work like this: setup a consultation call, establish a baseline setup for what you want the car to feel like, install the first setup, then you have 3 redynos to try different combos until you’re comfortable. 1, 2 or all 4. Tell me what you feel, what you want to feel, and we’ll get it there.
Also, in the spring of 2027 we will host a rented, prepped track session in MO for all TICustom Customers to do this at the track and get you in Victory Lane many times!!
