Auto Detailer / Parts Department Trainee
Cambridge Collision is looking for a motivated and dependable team member to join our growing shop! This position starts in our detailing department with the opportunity to cross-train into the Parts Department and advance into other areas of the collision repair industry.

Position Details
• Pay: $15–$18 per hour depending on experience
• Higher pay possible based on skills and qualifications
• Flexible scheduling available
• Monday–Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Responsibilities
• Vehicle detailing and cleaning
• Preparing vehicles for customer delivery
• Assisting with shop organization and cleanliness
• Learning parts ordering, receiving, and inventory processes
• Supporting the production team as needed
Qualifications
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Automotive or detailing experience is a plus, but not required
