FYI: Beginning Mid April, Midco along with Shroeder Construction will be proactively upgrading their system. The project will last about two weeks and expect some drilling noise . The route of this project will be a short distance on Ponderosa onto 21st Street.

One month post project, Midco will be physically upgrading their equipment throughout various spots in the Community. Midco did say that each resident will receive a notice on their door at that time,

Attention all Residents

We have been getting many frozen pipe calls. With these cold temps, you will have to make sure your skirting has no holes or spaces for air to get in. Being that there is no snow on the ground, there is no extra insulation around your skirting. Also, make sure your heat tape is plugged in and working (should be a light on it). At some of our locations there is a waiting list to unfreeze pipes. We also will not thaw pipes during an extreme cold day. Keep in mind, frozen pipes are extremely expensive to fix. It is much better to fix the issue causing your frozen pipes-which is most likely a skirting issue or a heat tape issue. Call the office with any questions.

NOTICE TO A THIEF:

A plant was taken from us, a Christmas cactus that belonged to Michelle, who we unfortunately lost just 4 months ago.

We don’t understand, and don’t think we ever will, what sort of "satisfaction" you feel by stealing from others.

You have something of ours now, and we are sure you will never fully understand the meaning this plant had. This is something Michelle really enjoyed, and one of very few things we have here to remember her.

Shame on you for being a thief, and stealing from us. We hope you have the day you deserve.

It’s with a heavy heart that we write this post. Michelle sadly passed away over the weekend at her home. She fought a tough battle, and took her last breaths surrounded by family.

We know that she touched many lives, was well-loved and will be missed by many. Thank you to everyone for their love and support, we are forever grateful for the impact you made on her life.
