The ASA Midwest Tour invaded "Wisconsin's Action Track" for the Salute The Troops 100 presented by Appalachian Sucker Punch. A lack of patience, combined with probably the trickiest track on the Tour resulted in a succession of cautions. Paul Shafer Jr and Ryan Farrell battled hard up front and did it respectfully. Shafer would eventually win that battle. Local standout Shaun Scheel would slip past Farrell for second. Fan favorite, Casey Johnson used the high side to catapult himself to third. Farrell continued to fall, as Gabe Sommers and Levon VanDerGeest moved into the top five. Penn Sauter and Sommers made contact, which turned Sommers in the wrong direction. Shafer was up for the late restart challenge. Shafer sailed to victory. Scheel would cross the line in second. VanDerGeest got by Johnson for third. Ty Fredrickson brought his machine home fifth. Scheel wouldn't pass post race technical inspection, moving Kody King into the top five. Johnson was the evening's fast qualifier. Justin Mondeik won the qualifying heat. Scheel and Jordan Devoy won the odd/even heats.
Jason Uttech won the Wolff Pack Apparel and Promotions International Feature. Karter Stark looked to have the field covered, but mechanical failure would end his dominating run. Mark English inherited the lead from Stark. A caution with seven laps to bunched the field up. Uttech used the restart to his advantage to slip past English. Josh Rusch was able to nip English at the line for second. George Bohn and Merek Pankow rounded out the top five. Stark was the evening's fast qualifier. David Russell Jr and English won the heats.
Nick Newton won a thriller in the PJ’s Painting Bandit Feature. Newton used a late restart to navigate his way to victory. Newton was chased to the checkers by Trent Rueth, Soren Johnson, Karter Stark, and Axel Oldenhoff. Johnson set fast time. Heat winners were Kayden Ellis, Casie Brabant, and Ryan Helling. Mason Wilcott took home the checkers in the Last Chance Race.
It was the Dillon Schwanbeck show for the Slater Racing Legend Division. Schwanbeck had a clean sweep, setting fast time, winning the heat, and claiming the feature. Carter Stein finished second in the feature event. Lincoln Cain held off a ferocious Cael Slater for third. Devon Lee rounded out the top five. Trevor Lami and Stein won the heats. Aaron Genske was victorious in the Last Chance Race.
Oliver Weinkauf led flag to flag for the Slater Racing Bandolero Feature. Weinkauf didn't have it easy though. He had to fend off challenges from Harley Johnson, Wesley Baumeister, Emily Billings, and Brayden Clossey. Jackson Krinke, Jack Mauer, Levi Nason, Jaxxston Jump, and Johnson drove to victory in the heats. The Consy Races were won by Jarrett Reynolds and Wyatt Schellinger. Carter Thur took the checkers in the Last Chance Race.
