Wilwood was proud to sponsor the 31st Annual McKay Group Front Row Challenge at Southern Iowa Speedway with a complete set of Wilwood brakes awarded to the team using Wilwood components and proudly carrying the Wilwood decal.

This year’s Wilwood Hard Luck Award went to and driver . Macedo put on an impressive charge throughout the night, qualifying second overall and battling at the front of the 30-lap A-Main. Running in second place and closing in on the leader, contact in Turn 2 sent the #41 into a series of hard flips, ending what had been a strong run. Thankfully, Carson was able to climb from the car under his own power.

While it wasn't the finish the JJR team was looking for, we're proud to recognize their determination and performance with this year's Wilwood Hard Luck Award. Congratulations to the entire Jason Johnson Racing #41 team, and here's to coming back even stronger.
