A handful of y'all owe us quite a bit of money. Y'all take crazy advantage of our kindness and that has got to stop.
Ew for real. After all we've done for y'all.
How would y'all like to do your job for a week or weeks and then when it's time for your paycheck your boss says "sorry we just don't have it this week" "I don't care about you and y'all or yalls kids, I care about me and what I have going on"
We should NEVER have to choose between a bill and food bc we worked our asses off for YOU, day and night just to not get paid.
We should NEVER go without medical attention when we need it, bc we put the work in and haven't been paid for it.
NONE of our stuff should EVER go off or even get close, bc YOU haven't paid your bill.
We should NEVER be behind.
Our animals shouldn't have to go without. Our son shouldn't have to go without.
We shouldn't have to go without.
Especially when y'all KNEW you still had a life to live and bills to pay when you BEGGED us to do this work for you.
You KNEW things could come up, you KNEW life wouldn't stop, when you PROMISED us we'd be paid.
If anyone goes without, it should be YOU.
YOU done got the work done.
YOU done got the car fixed.
YOU done LET US FIX IT and gave us your word.
We should never even have to ask. Not for a payment, not for an update, not for anything.
At the very least we should NEVER go without an update or a response.
CRAZY work.
Don't get it twisted we are very blessed and very appreciative. Very steady. 98% of our customers are ANGELS. Amazing people we would do ANYTHING for. People we would go ANYWHERE at ANYTIME for. They are our life. They are everything to us! When you take care of us, we take care of y'all. You have a mechanic AND friend that cares deeply FOR LIFE.
We do payment plans to HELP you guys.
We offer to fix it now and let you pay when you can to HELP YOU.
Not only small jobs, BIG jobs. Y'all just do not even understand how big.
NOT to HURT us.
NOT to put us behind.
NOT bc it's fun and we just want to work for free.
We give you a day to get us the money when you forget to grab cash while you're sick to HELP YOU. Look at us now months later and blocked bc we checked on you EVERY SINGLE DAY and when you were finally supposed to be leaving the hospital we got NOTHING EVER AGAIN. Still checked on you every single day tho even after you stopped replying. Still worried about you. Cried worrying, wondering. We were never even told if you ever made it home. You read every single message tho. Just no response. We know you're fine now. Just got a huge settlement too.
We sell you crazy expensive PARTS OFF OUR OWN PERSONAL VEHICLES you can pay for later for an UNHEARD OF PRICE, to save you money and help you out when you need it. Just to get talked to like S**T when it's the time you PROMISED youd have some money for us. The next time too. And the next.
Hiding when you see us out, shopping just fine, taking care of other obligations.
Just not us.
Still owe us for the part. Still owe us for the next job after that!
We help out another local "mobile mechanic" who shouldn't even be working on cars, let alone allowed at your home. Give him a week to pay bc he has to pay his rent ONLY TO BE IGNORED, THREATENED by you when we saw you out and asked about our pay. Our rent goes unpaid and ends up late for months in a row bc of this. then we find out AFTER we helped you, you're a CHILD PREDATOR.
Do a head gasket for a girl when she still owes us for the last job after we've done MULTIPLE jobs for her, just for her to swear "she'd never just not pay" "a year to wait for your money is crazy" poor thing is a single mom. She has children. Was so worried how she's going to work and make money and take care of them and her bills with no car. So we ordered the parts. We towed the car to the house. We spent WEEKS pulling all nighters and full days to finish this car, when we weren't out working to pay our bills too. DELIVERED this car home to her in the wee hours of the morning. Just to be completely ghosted bc something else went out afterwards weeks later. Completely unrelated to what we did for her. Only like the 15th thing to go out on her this year bc the car has been nothing but problems for her. Has someone else come and replace that. Pays THEM.
Tells us she "just spent a ton of money to fix her car again so no she doesn't have anything for us" and we never hear from her again! Steady posting on that page tho!
We could have heavily discounted those parts. We could have fixed it AGAIN and got some type of money even if it wasn't what was owed. We could have helped AGAIN.
Instead we get nothing? Not even a reply?
I don't think y'all understand the amount of time and effort he has put in his ENTIRE life, to be able to help and do these things for y'all.
I don't think y'all realize how much money it costs for the certifications, the tests, the knowledge, the tools, the gas, etc. How much time it takes to get from place to place and do multiple jobs in multiple cities every day.
I don't think y'all realize the mileage we put on our vehicle weekly or the time we put into this business every single day and night.
I don't think y'all realize this is our ONLY income. We don't get a paycheck. We don't have another job or a different income.
This is very demanding. Of both of us. This is our everything. This is our son's everything. This is how he eats. How we eat. How our animals eat.
There are days we leave by 8am and don't come home until almost or after midnight. There are weeks we can barely catch a breath. There are days we can't even stop and eat all day long rushing from place to place. There are WEEKS in a row we work every single day with no days off.
While we are doing this work for y'all FOR NOTHING UPFRONT, we still have to put in tons of other work to be able to get paid and make what we need to survive until you can pay.
If it was easy, everyone would do it, and they'd do it well. I'm sure y'all have noticed the wild amount of mobile mechanics who have popped up since we started this. I'm sure y'all have also noticed how upset alot of them are making people.
We are not. We do a good job. We really care for y'all. We DESERVE our pay.
We don't want to quit doing payment plans.
We don't want to stop helping the majority who DO pay, for the few awful human beings who don't and haven't.
Nobody else would help you out and WE DID bc we GENUINELY CARE. About your safety and your ability to be able to continue working and keep living this wildly expensive life. Especially if you have kids.
That does NOT mean to continue living your life and completely ignore us while you drive your car that is now ONLY driveable BECAUSE OF US.
How could you sit there and listen to me tell you about how much we are doing to help and accommodate YOU?
How could you sit there and let us vent to you about customers we went above and beyond for who haven't paid, tell me you'd NEVER do that, and then NOT PAY?
There will be more of these and ultimately names of people to stay far away from with your kindness, if some money doesn't start hitting our hands or our accounts SOON. If our texts and calls continue to go unanswered.
You can block all you want and pretend, but you still OWE US MONEY.
