Here’s a number that should make every American uncomfortable:

For every dollar you spend at the grocery store, the farm that grew your food gets roughly 10 cents.

Ten. Cents.

The other 90 are split between foodservice and retail (33¢), food processing (15¢), energy/packaging/transport (14¢), marketing (13¢), and finance and insurance (15¢). Layer after layer between the field and your fridge — each one taking a cut.

The farmer — the person who actually got up at 4am, raised the animal, planted the seed, milled the grain — finishes last.

We built Our Farms because that math is broken.

On our marketplace, 85¢ of every dollar lands back with the farmer. That’s 8.5x more than the grocery store. Pasture-raised, stone-milled, shipped straight from the people who grew it.

Your food dollar, back where it belongs.

Stop settling for standard butter and start cooking with liquid gold. 🧈✨

Ever wonder what makes Ghee different from the butter in your fridge? It all comes down to the process and the purity.

Spring Sunrise Organic Grass Fed Ghee is slow-cooked in small batches to carefully remove water and milk solids. What’s left? A rich, creamy, and incredibly pure golden oil that brings out the best in every meal.

The Spring Sunrise Difference:
✅ **Traditional Methods:** We don’t rush. Small batches ensure the finest quality and a deep, nutty flavor.
✅ **Sourced from the USA:** Made from the purest butter from grass-fed cows raised on independent American farms.
✅ **Transparent & Real:** No hidden ingredients or mass-production shortcuts—just real food from real people.

Whether you’re sautéing, baking, or spreading, this is the best USA-made ghee you’ll find. At $29.99, you aren’t just stocking your pantry; you are supporting a farmer-owned marketplace that puts independent growers first.

Ready to swap your standard butter for something better? Find your new kitchen staple at https://ourfarms.com. 🧺🌿
