A parking lot "whoops" brought this 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee owned by a long-time friend (also a repeat customer) into our shop this month. We handled the claims process with his insurance company, Auto-Owners Insurance, which was super easy to work with to repair this vehicle back to its former beauty!

**WAM takes pride in working with ALL insurance companies (some are easier to work with than others) through the entire claims and repair process from beginning to end for our customers. All we need from you, our customer, is the damaged vehicle, insurance company and claim number to get the process started!

This Chevy Traverse came into our shop this month from another repeat customer that originally came to us for prior work through a friend referral. Lots of broken plastic, but the hidden damage definitely could've been worse. The tire was replaced and an alignment was done so we could be confident it was back to pre-accident safety! It was delivered back to its owners last week.

While we are happy to have the work and feel honored to have customers repeatedly bring their vehicles to WAM, we don't wish multiple collision claims on our customers! It sure turned out nice though! 😁

QC Inspector ELI spent his Friday morning overseeing a customer truck courtesy clean! His smile as he stands over a dirty bucket is clearly approval for the truck being cleaned up and ready to be delivered back to its owner!

He also got to greet and make friends with a parts delivery driver!

This fall/winter season has brought us a few heavy collision jobs. This heavy hit was towed into our shop from a repeat customer's family referral.

WAM magic clearly worked & this beauty is back with its rightful owner!
