We are aware of scam text messages circulating claiming to be from the Georgia State Patrol regarding outstanding violations, fines, or enforcement actions tied to your vehicle.

The Georgia State Patrol will NEVER contact you by text message demanding payment, threatening arrest, or asking you to click a link regarding violations or official correspondence.

Before clicking any links, sharing personal information, or sending money:
• Contact the agency directly using an official phone number or website
• Verify any claims independently
• Never trust unsolicited payment requests by text

Scams like these are becoming increasingly common and are designed to create panic and urgency.

Protect yourself. Slow down, verify first, and when in doubt contact the agency directly.

Thank you to the Cairo Kiwanis Club for inviting me to attend and speak at their meeting. I was honored to share what we do at Night Hawk Specialty Vehicles.

Big thanks to Jason Rinker of Night Hawk Specialty Vehicles for being our program today! Night Hawk Specialty Vehicles specializes in custom electrical installations for everything from public safety units to off road vehicles. Most recently, Jason installed a K9 patrol package for Grady County Sherriff's office featuring a kennel, remote door opener, lights, and sirens.
