ZTS, Inc. is a weekly residential and commercial garbage service serving Lonoke, Faulkner, White, Prairie, and Pulaski counties.

We are a weekly household trash service, with all of the required permits, licenses, and insurances needed for a garbage removal service. With rising costs of operating expenses, we try to keep our residential rates as reasonable as possible. Our rates are based on one household with one family living within that house. Any other homes or families on the same property would be an additional monthl

y rate. Also, any additional business type trash included in with the residential trash is an extra fee. This rate is based on the amount of additional trash. Our commerical service rates are based on the size of the container you have and how often it is emptied. We do take 6 holidays per year: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. When there is a holiday, routes will run one day behind following the holiday for that week. Occasionally, due to inclement weather, we are not able to run because of impassable roads. We watch the weather and road conditions closely to make the best judgment call we can and will update our page and answering machine with closing information. We cannot pick up wood, metals, rocks, concrete, burnings, and large items, or construction materials such as sheetrock, roofing, carpet, etc. However, we do have roll-offs that can contain the previous items. Due to landfill and EPA regulations, we cannot haul yard debris, tires, paint, batteries, oil, and toxic chemicals. We can haul the empty containers. We truly appreciate all of customers!

Routes are resuming as normally as possible on Monday, February 2nd. We will do the best we can to get to everyone on their normal service day this week, however, as safety is still our first priority it will be left up to the discretion of the driver on your route whether he can safely get down your road or not.

If we are not able to safely get to you on your normal service day, you are welcome to bring your garbage and dispose of it at our shop facility.

I’m sure most of you have guessed it by now, but road conditions still have not improved enough to run our Friday residential routes. So we will plan to pick up both weeks worth of garbage next Friday.

For our commercial customers, we attempted to service some today and will have a couple of trucks out tomorrow, attempting to service those we can safely get to.

Again, we cannot say it enough: Thank you to all of our customers for your support, patience, and understanding! We truly appreciate it!!

Unfortunately, conditions on the side roads have not improved much today, so we won’t be able to safely run our Thursday routes this week. We will of course plan to pick up both weeks worth of garbage next Thursday. This does include our customers in the City of Ward and the City of Mayflower.

We were truly hoping the roads would thaw out more today than what they have, so we feel it’s best to delay our Wednesday routes until next Wednesday. As with our Monday and Tuesday routes, we will be prepared to pick up both weeks worth of garbage next week. This does include those in the City of Ward and the City of Keo.

Again we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding and will update tomorrow afternoon concerning routes for Thursday.

With the snowfall we’ve gotten and temperatures how they are, we don’t believe we’ll be able to safely run any of our Monday or Tuesday routes and are very unsure about the rest of the week at this time. For this reason, we feel it’s best to delay all of our Monday and Tuesday routes until the following Monday and Tuesday and be prepared to pick up both weeks worth of garbage at that point. This includes those in the City of Ward, City of Mayflower, and the City of England.

As always, the safety of our employees is our first priority, as well as the safety of others who are out during these winter storms. We greatly appreciate our wonder customers for their patience and understanding during this time and hope that everyone is able to stay safe and warm!!

Holiday Reminder: We will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Thursday routes will run on Friday and Friday routes will run on Saturday. We hope everyone has a blessed Holiday Season!!

ZTS will be closed on Monday, September 1st for Labor Day. All routes will run one day behind this week. We hope you have a blessed holiday weekend!!

ZTS will be closed on Friday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Friday routes will be ran on Saturday, July 5th.

Please do not put hot fireworks in your garbage can or dumpster. We have had several over the past few years damaged by fireworks.
