8. All cars are sold as is. There is no guarantee either written or implied on any of the vehicles.
9. All sales are final. There is no money back.
10. If you are high bidder on a vehicle and do not pay at the end of the auction, or make arrangements to pay in the near future, you will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions.
