I apologize in advance to anyone who I might not get back to right away or be able to fit in, I’m finishing up a lot of what I had hanging over, and prepping my stuff and checking things off my list as I prepare for a busy September. I will be away from my phone and my shop from September 2-23 for my wedding/honey-moon and glory days car show. I appreciate everyone and I will try to get back to all of you as quick as I can before then and after then! Thank you all for understanding!

And that’s going to be a wrap on this one. This project has been a blast and I’ve had so much fun doing it. I’m sad it’s not mine but I’m happy for the customer to be able to enjoy this absolute bad ass little cab over. Thank you cage rage for kicking this one my way and for helping answer questions along the way as well. After the radiator caps get here tomorrow, I can bolt the hood on and load it up to be delivered to the customer!

Finally got this insane one off 1944 dodge cab over fired up. Tons of wiring and plumbing. But it runs. 392 crate engine hemi and 8hp70 auto trans. Just a few more things to clean up on this one and it’s off to paint! I’m very excited to have gotten the opportunity to work on this truck and the customer has been amazing. Keep your eyes open for this cruising around butler very soon!

Fun project going on in the shop for a customer. This fully custom built 1940 Dodge COE is a true 1 of a kind here. Custom chassis by Cage Rage Fabrications in Evan’s city. It’s in the shop now for a complete wiring job from head light to tail light as well as the stand alone Mopar Performance engine harness to supply power to the crate 6.4 HEMI and 8 speed transmission. It will also be getting plumbing completed from fuel cell to engine, as well as transmission and power steering coolers.

Marc brought this absolutely breath taking trans am to us for a shifter concern and a good once over. We found the bolt holes on the tail shaft of the Muncie 4 speed transmission were stripped and the shifter was falling off. So we repaired the threads and got the shifter back mounted solid, and spent a little time dialing in the shift linkages for each gear and got this 4 speed shifting like butter. While going over the car we noticed the power steering pump had a pretty good leak, and the right rear shock was leaking as well. And he requested that we go ahead and change the oil. So we’re going to take care of that and have this car headed east bound and down again! Thanks Marc for trusting Shearer Automotive and Performance LLC to get you back out cruising again!

This truck came in and wanted a new rear mount fuel tank installed and all new fuel lines to accommodate the new location tank and a couple of bullseye turbos! Absolute sleeper of a truck. Glad I had the opportunity to do my part on this truck!

Jack brought this awesome 2nd gen trans am in for some custom console gauges and an oil change and some ideas for some upgrades. Yes that’s a big block Chevy in there! This car for sure has some get up and go to it! While we had it we went ahead and fixed the hood latch to make sure the hood wasn’t going to fly open with all the freedom under it. Thanks jack!!
