Points are now OFFICIAL on FloridaKartingSeries.com. Congrats to all who grabbed a Top 5, Snagged a Top 3, or Won a CHAMPIONSHIP! It was a great season and all signs point to an even bigger 2027 Florida Karting Series! Information regarding the 2026 banquet will be posted within the next 2 weeks. Congrats again to all of the racers on a successful 2026 campaign!

Parking is SOLD OUT for The Speedway Park this Saturday! It's going to be a great race for a great man! See yall Saturday!

As we gear up for this Saturday's race, we wanted to share a few tidbits....

■Reserved parking....if you don't have yearly reserved parking for our points races, its highly recommended that you reserve a spot but not required. Its $25 per reserved parking spot. Please text Truman at 352-978-0618
■Parking will be open Friday night from 5pm to 9pm...you can drop and go or stay the night, we'll be there.
■Concession will be serving breakfast Saturday morning plus food throughout the day.
■All Race entries are $35 except the RWYB Marty Ruser Tribute race and the Vega Pro class (please see flyer). Plus a $5 transponder fee for each race entry. Please bring a form of ID to registration.
■Fuel stop is Walmart on West 466A
■JuiceBox racers, please let me know if you'll be racing with us so I can be sure to have enough goodie bags. No charge for the JuiceBoxers. (PM or comment here).

We would like to Thank ALL racers who came out to The Southern Farms Race No.5 of the 2026 Florida Karting Series at Callahan Speedway!

As we worked through the week leading up to FKS's final 2026 event, the weather was getting better and better but still had a chance of some shattered showers. Our intentions were to navigate through what the weather gave us and keep the track packed in after a brief drizzla or shower...... but we got a complete downpour with no let up a third of the way through our running order.

With all of David's capabilities to rework the track, he indicated to us it was beyond repairing for the day. With that said, we want to thank Lisa, David and their crew for giving us 2 dates in 2026 along with their amazing efforts for a great track surface for us to race our FKS series.

Although it rained, points were decided on the track versus sitting at the house. It was hot, it was wet, but the day was spent at the track with family and friends.

Official points will be updated on FloridaKartingSeries.com shortly and we'll have information on the 2026 banquet in the coming weeks.
