Not everyone will see what’s wrong in this photo.

Oops the tow didn’t go as planned. Made a nice step though.

Just change the fluid. Are you sure we don’t want to find the source of this random metal on my magnet?

Just buff it out it’ll be fine.

Cheap work isn’t good and good work isn’t cheap.

This is an example of getting what you pay for. They had a timing chain done and it’s incredible how badly the work was. Bolts stripped and a cracked timing cover to start with.

Cheap auto repairs don’t always manifest as a noticeable problem on the road. Many times a decent and honest technician will let the customer know about all the broken stuff and unfortunately they look bad because hey the cheap guy fixed it and it was fine. It’s all these little details that aren’t always obvious to the average person and usually taking it apart again we find it cannot be properly assembled again with broken parts.

Sometimes with all the computers we tend to overthink and skip the basics. Someone messed with this check engine light for weeks changing sensors and solenoids. I found the timing is off one tooth because the chain was improperly installed. Plus they cracked the cover in the process and siliconed it.

If they had checked the basics this would have been fixed weeks ago.

If you understand NJ then it should come as no surprise that you must make many right turns to make a left turn possible

I’m trying to be home more and need to keep busy here since the job I go to is 120 miles from home.

I work out of my home garage in Bushkill Pa.

I can fix anything mechanical. Let me know what you have maybe I can fix it for you. I have repaired small engines and equipment to heavy trucks, and I’ve repaired many appliances and things too.
