"I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 from Park Chrysler Jeep, and I had an excellent experience overall. As an out-of-state buyer from Texas, I handled the entire purchasing process remotely through phone calls, texts, and emails. Despite the distance, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
My salesperson, Luke Perkins, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process. He promptly provided any photos, videos, vehicle history reports, and other information I requested to help me evaluate the Jeepâs condition before purchasing. He was also very cooperative in allowing me to arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection with a third-party mechanic which gave me additional confidence in the vehicle. Luke also went the extra mile to coordinate with the shipping company to ensure the Jeepâs excellent condition was properly documented before it was picked up for delivery to Texas.
I also had a great experience working with Haiying Yu, the finance manager. I had already shopped around extensively with several banks and credit unions, but Haiying was able to secure an interest rate that was even better than anything I had found on my own which I already thought was really good. I really appreciated the effort and the savings in the long run.
Another thing that stood out was the dealershipâs transparency. There were no hidden fees, surprise charges, or unnecessary markups. The pricing was straightforward, and I never felt pressured into purchasing anything extra.
Now that Iâve received the Jeep, Iâm very happy with its condition and performance. It was exactly as represented, and Iâve had no issues with it.
Overall, I highly recommend Park Chrysler Jeep, especially to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from out of state.
