Eds Memorial Convoy, it was amazing to see all the trucks come to honor him. People were seen watching from over passes, the side of the road and all the people who were stopped by trucks closing down the intersection of Collage Way and Riverside Drive I am sure will never forget it!

November 19, truck procession memorial for Ed Taylor leaving from MP Environmental in Everett located at 3400 34th NE B, Everett, WA

Ed donated pick up and delivery of items from farms to food banks. Harvest Against Hunger https://www.harvestagainsthunger.org/

With the price of fuel and lack of CDL drivers they will be in need. If anyone would like to make a donation in Eds name I have provided the link above.

The day of the Memorial we will also have a bin set up for food donations to a local food bank.

From full-sized semi truckloads of apples to five boxes of fresh berries and everything in between, we work with a variety of partners to develop and support programs that are tailored to the unique attributes and needs of their communities.

Truck procession for Ed will be November 19th, will start at the MP Environmental yard in Everett, planning on leaving at 11 am. Trucks can join along the route, taking exit 230 and proceed to the school site.

Memorial Procession for Ed. We are hoping for November 19th but have to have approval from the city.

While Ed loved motorcycles, he owned a truck driving school and this will be his last ride so with that in mind we are going to keep the procession trucks only.

We think the procession will start in Everett at the MP Environmental yard but trucks can join along the way.

Memorial for Ed.

We will also be asking if anyone has something they would like to share about Ed. In order to give everyone a chance please email in advance.

Planning on a short route, will end at the current school location. A special thanks to the property owner for helping to make this happen.

650 North Burlington Blvd, the Doggie Daycare changed their reader board to honor Ed. Looks like flowers are already showing up, I know that some had already been dropped off over the weekend.

I am not sure that Ed knew how many people he impacted in his lifetime or not but he will be missed.

We got the sad news that our friend Ed Taylor from Taylor Driving School died in a traffic accident over the weekend. We did many promotions with him and will miss him. Here is a clip of Ed with us in studio over the summer. RIP

I wanted to clarify the posting, we believe Ed suffered a medical event while on his motorcycle. He had pulled over to the shoulder according to reports.

I am posting awful news today....

Ed Taylor passed away last night after a motorcycle accident on Whidbey Island. The school will be closed while we work through Eds passing.

Ed was truly one of the kindest people I have even known and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The Taylor Driving Schools job fair/party starts at 11 today and goes till 2 PM. Openings in the July 9th weekend class as well as the July 11th weekday class. Companies are still in desperate need of CDL Drivers, you can really start a new career in as little as 4 weeks. A career that pays a living wage, with benefits and these are local companies. New drivers do not have to go over the road unless they want to. Our next Hazardous Materials class, that is required for obtaining your Hazmat endorsement on your CDL, will be on February 13th and 14th. This class is $250 and is available online thru a Zoom meeting. You do need to be able to print out the training materials or come by the office in Burlington to get a book.
