9 October 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Gorgeous sunrise greets all “The X Takeover” crowds beginning to arrive at the factory ahead of tomorrow’s main event! A new Supercharger setup being installed at the S end of the EOL, E side Advanced Tech Chip Fab has more steel being erected on the growing foundation & a new N excavation is underway. The Optimus factory assembly of steel continues on both the N & S ends, while additional ground-level work continues inside the existing steel structure. Finally, we do see more Cybercab & Model Y testing on the test track in the early morning as factory tours begin in earnest today!

5 October 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Beautiful sunrise to begin the 1st full week of the 4th qtr! The heavy rains over the past few days did not substantially affect the construction efforts either! Many new Superchargers fabricated & Transformers being “inspected”, 20+ large cranes at work today & outbound lot substantially empty. The Optimus Factory steel assembly, ground trenching & utilities construction, upper flood concrete pours & footings along the E side perimeter grade beam was underway & the Advanced Tech Chip Fab (ATCF) foundation has grown farther towards the N grade beam. Some Cybercabs with the “Cybercab” logos on them were getting ready for transport & about 100 Cybercabs were on top of the parking garage on the E side.

30 September 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … End of the 3rd Quarter & the day before heavy rains & storms hit the area. Outbound lot & EOL busy with many vehicles we saw on Friday now gone, but more coming out of the factory. The stockpile of vehicles at the E parking garage is significantly less than what we saw on Friday too & the E temp parking lot is practically empty. Electrical switchyard is getting one of the new steel power poles erected today, the N Cortex 2 extension is making progress & the E Advanced Tech Chip Fab foundation is getting more concrete & the 1st steel er****on on the center section. Finally, the E factory new receiving docks & load levelers concrete bases show activity today, while the new vertical reciprocating conveyor system assembly continues.

Giga Texas VIDEO … It looks like there is a massive End of Quarter Direct Delivery event getting ramped up at Giga Texas today, with in-processing tents set up, hundreds of vehicles in queue. Hundreds of vehicles, Model Y’s, Cybertruck & Cybercabs being move from the W outbound lot to the E parking garage, filing up inside and on the roof! The Tesla Giga Texas Optimus Factory site was busy again today, so I thought I’d show a mid-altitude 360 flyby to show the scale and progress. The Adv Tech Chip Fab foundation is also gaining more concrete & green-painted beams with fin plates already welded on.

23 September 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … 1 day before the big Tesla Semi unveiling out at Giga Nevada & one is on prominent display at the W main entrance! Many Cybercabs all over the site today including on the multi-level parking garage for the 1st time! Cybertruck prod was moving along well too along w/ a constant stream of trucks pulling Cybertruck castings from the N sorting lot to the production line. The W clearing & graded area has more Geotextile membranes, topsoil & one last large area getting deep reclamation work. On the E side Vertical Recirculating Conveyor (VRC) system being added to the exterior of the main factory, the Advanced Tech chip fab foundation continues to see large sections of concrete poured & at the Optimus Factory, steel assembly & S footing/grade beam final work was well underway.

21 September 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Happy 1st day of Fall, although the temperatures are still steaming here in central Texas this morning. Many vehicles in the outbound lot before the weekend are gone, transported off to new customers on the 2nd to last weekend of the quarter. Just 10 full days left to finish strong! The large construction site near the NW Tesla Rd continues to have grade work completed & the new clearing just N of the outbound lot is now clearly designated as overflow parking. The Optimus factory steel assembly continues to near the N grade Beam & the roof slope on the N end is changing to incorporate drainage flow towards the eventual parapet wall drains. Finally, the Adv Tech Chip fab foundation is getting another large concrete pour today while, a 3rd crane has arrived on site.

18 September 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Another busy and hot morning at the factory, with plenty of new Model YLs and Model Ys along with many Cybertruck & some Cybercabs! The Test Track was again busy with long groups of Cybercabs along with several Model Ys & YLs making their way around the oval & the uneven road surface lanes. The Cathode Plant cooling system is getting some upgrades with what appears to be new plate-type heat exchangers and related new piping installed. Cortex 2’s second cooling tower with 6 fans continues to have plumbing, large pipes, & other related equipment installed, and it is nearing completion. At the Advanced Chip Fab, the foundation has had a large section of ground slab poured while another large area has a mud base ready for moisture barriers and rebar. Lots more too!

16 September 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Beautiful day to fly and to see the very active End-of-Line (EOL and outbound lots today. Many Cybertruck, Cybercabs, Model Y/YLs and test track activity with a long single group of Cybercabs racing around the large oval while Model YL’s test out on the inner oval. The W side near Tesla Rd, the large clearing has more Geotextile membranes installed and addition prep work ahead of construction start. Nearby, in the new staging lot, transformers were being set up. N Campus Optimus Factory steel assembly continues to progress rapidly, including more concrete work on the upper 3 floors. The Advanced Tech Chip Fab is getting a large section of the ground slap poured with concrete. Cortex 2 is getting work on the N extension while the W side Megapack installation seems to be paused, Much more to see today!

14 September 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Construction is once again the biggest story here today, with many sites under active work including what is most likely the new Welcome Center facility on the W side of SH-130 near Tesla Ro. The joint SpaceX & Tesla Advanced Tech Chip Fab foundation is being prepared for concrete, including yellow moisture barriers & slab rebar assembly while the last of the reinforced footings are being constructed on the S end. Cortex 2 has ~ 90% of its Megapacks installed while water reclamation plant tank foundations & light pedestals are being finished up along with underground pipes under the foundation construction site. A new Boring Company tunnel on the far E side running under the Colorado River. I first reported on this project over 4 years ago, but now it seems it may be ready for construction.

11 September 2026 Terafab VIDEO … Wow! Construction on part of the main foundation is already underway, with visible footing square excavations, rebar gages and additional grade work underway. Very surprising development! The cleared land area for Phase 1 of the construction project has grown by about 50% larger since my previous video just over 2 weeks ago too! A Starlink ground station has been added, very active earthmoving, grading and center-dump truck activity on the site too. I even add in a small tour around the Gibbons Creek Reservoir on the western side of the Terafab development property.
