Are you a master multitasker who thrives under pressure? Do you have excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving? A&G Towing & Storage, Inc. is looking for a dependable, sharp, and motivated Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team!

As a Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll be the critical link between stranded motorists, commercial clients, and our fleet of drivers, ensuring help arrives quickly, safely, and efficiently.

📋 What You’ll Do:
Handle Inbound Calls: Answer calls from stranded drivers, law enforcement, and accounts with professionalism and empathy.

Coordinate Fleet Operations: Efficiently log, schedule, and route tow truck drivers using dispatch software.

Problem-Solve on the Fly: Manage changing priorities, traffic delays, and urgent roadside emergencies.

Provide Stellar Service: Keep customers updated on their Driver's ETA and maintain clear communication throughout the process.

💪 What We’re Looking For:
Experience in towing dispatch, logistics, or emergency services is a major plus (but we are willing to train the right candidate!).

Ability to stay calm, focused, and polite in a fast-paced environment.

Strong geographical knowledge of the local area.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dispatch software quickly.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work days/nights/weekends
