Hey folks,
For those who followed us through the Eagle Motorsports years, we figured it was probably time for a proper True Graze Inc. update.
Life looks a little different these days.
We traded motorcycles, side-by-sides, boats, and inventory shelves for chickens, calves, feed buckets, muddy boots, sawdust, fencing, and trying to remember which animal escaped last.
The chickens came first and immediately made it clear that something weighing less than a coffee mug can still somehow require full-time supervision.
Then came the calves.
Archie came first and still acts like he believes he is management.
Henry arrived next and completely stole my heart. He is the sweetest calf ever, loves his bottle, and has the kind of gentle little face that makes it very hard to believe I once lived a life that did not include bottle-feeding babies in rubber boots.
Then came Andrew.
Andrew does not believe fences are a real thing. Andrew views containment as more of a creative suggestion. Every day with Andrew feels like a security breach investigation.
And then there is Glenn.
Archie thinks he is the leader.
Phyllis does not believe in hierarchy.
And Glenn honestly does not appear to believe in leadership at all.
Glenn just wanders around doing whatever Glenn feels led to do in the moment, which honestly feels relatable some days.
Meanwhile Joe has been building pens, hauling feed, solving problems, adjusting shelters, and somehow staying three steps ahead of whatever farm emergency is trying to develop that day.
Mom has gardens growing, plants growing, chicks growing, calves growing, and honestly the whole place feels more alive all the time.
As for me, I went from Arizona business life to standing outside discussing calf personalities and fence integrity like this has always been my calling.
We are still learning.
Still growing.
Still figuring things out as we go.
But True Graze Inc. is officially happening, and we are really glad you are all here for the ride.
