We had some great guys who were with us for close to a year on a work project leave recently. Hate to see them go but now we have room for new tenants after being completely full for the better part of the last 12 months. Come see us! 3 miles from Lake Palestine on FM 346 in Bullard.

Just another peaceful night at QO. A couple of kids throwing the baseball, a mom cooking dinner outside, a group of friends sitting on a tailgate chatting, a man using an air compressor to clean his pants off after a long work day and a family sitting in lawn chairs around a turfed area just chatting with each other about their day.

Love it.
