Conveniently located within minutes of Pittsburgh International Airport and KeyBank Pavilion. If you already own a mobile home, we have several lots available to choose from. Upon approval, Shady Grove Village will pay up to 100% of the cost to move your home into the community! Lot rent is $220/month and allows for 2 vehicles. FEES:
Application Fee: $20.00 per adult is due with application (cred

it, criminal, employment, tenancy background checks). This payment must be made in check or money order. Pets: Dogs or cats are $10.00 each per month. Size and breed restrictions apply. All dogs and cats must be registered and have vaccines on file. Water and Sewer Usage: Shady Grove Village tenants pay for their monthly water and sewer usage. Under new ownership as of 2016. Dear Residents,

Water will be shut off in the community at approximately 8:30am on Monday, the 25th and will remain off for most of the day. Meyers Plumbing will be repairing and replacing water lines in 3 different sections of the park.

As part of the repairs, 3 new shut offs will be installed. This will be helpful in the future because it will allow us to shut off sections of the park when making repairs, rather than shutting off water to every tenant. This will benefit everyone.

Please plan accordingly and as a precaution, shut off your hot water tanks while the water is shut off.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding until we resolve these issues.
