Surprises are great. Like finding a dollar in a winter jacket or someone paid for your meal. Getting stuck on Military Rd in the Falls with a dead transmission is not the kind of surprise I personally like. To add to it taking it to your normal trusted shop and hearing the cost of a replacement is even less fun.What was a welcomed surprise in all of this was everyone at Continental Transmission. They went to the shop I had it at, picked it up for free, and had answers and prices that afternoon. So we have them the green light and had the car back in it's parking spot two days later.Now I've heard "That sounds really fast" with almost disbelief from family and friends. Yeah it was. That's what happens when you take it to an expert. No fluff, no filler, no fooling around. Just expertise and professionalism is all I got. Well and a working car.Their service is impeccable start to finish. These are not your big bad shop guys out to squeeze you. They're Buffalo neighbors there too help in what isn't always a person's best day. Give them a shot. I promise you won't regret it.Thank you all again for the help, patience, and guidance through our repairs.
