Throughout our combined years of training we’ve seen numerous gi companies emerge and while the competitive nature has spurred new developments and techniques to improve quality, prices seem to be on the rise ma

king our decisions as a consumer that much harder. To prevent you from having to part with your hard earned cash and buying a gi that has the strength of 2 ply toilet paper, we will acquire as many gis as possible and provide you with all the information you need so you’re not flushing your investment down the toilet. Our reviews will primarily consist of gis as they usually represent the largest single investment you will make while training, but we will also review a variety of other gear relevant to BJJ. Reviews will consist of all the “specs” we believe to be necessary when making a decision from sizing, weight, shrinkage (yeah, it happens) to a breakdown of our overall impressions and pictures displaying stitch work, detailing and general appearance.
