Commercial Towing Services is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Dispatcher to support our growing towing and recovery operations across Central Texas.

Our dispatch team plays a critical role in coordinating large commercial vehicle towing, law enforcement requests, and passenger vehicle tows for the general public. This position requires strong logistics skills, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm and decisive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

What you’ll be doing:
• Dispatching tow trucks for heavy-duty commercial vehicles, fleet accounts, police departments, and private motorists
• Managing routing and logistics to ensure efficient response times across Central Texas
• Communicating clearly and professionally with drivers, law enforcement, customers, and internal team members
• Handling high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service
• Using computer-based dispatch, GPS, and reporting systems to track calls and jobs in real time

You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Remain calm, focused, and professional during busy and high-stress periods
• Understand logistics, routing, and geographic layout of Central Texas
• Provide top-tier customer service, even in difficult or emotional situations
• Have strong computer skills (all systems are fully digital)
• Are drug-free and able to obtain a TDLR license
• Pay close attention to detail and can follow procedures exactly

Role details:
• In-office position based in Kyle, TX
• Starting pay: $60,000/year, with higher compensation available based on experience, qualifications, and skillset
