Customer drove 50,000 miles without an oil change on this engine with complaint of “minor engine knocking and a little puff of smoke at startup.” Huh.

Ally had us repair the block and completely rebuild it, since replacement engines are nearly $15,000 right now.

This 2019 Expedition had only 39,000 miles on it when the engine failed. Customer had never changed the oil and the turbos and engine were locked up.

We got it fixed for our friends over ford for less than 9k and this Expedition is on its way back to a new home. This would usually be about $20k for engine, turbos and labor.

This Kia Soul came to us from a customer who was over $20,000 upside down bad transmission and motor never got an oil change.

We will get this one back to the bank after finding a (rare) used powertrain for less than $5k. Not ideal for anyone but it’s better than a $20,000 charge off! Thank you to our friends over One Main Financial Loan for your continued trust.
