Today we received two back-to-back 1-star Google reviews from individuals that we have no record of ever doing business with, with no comment.

We normally don't address things like this publicly. We believe our work speaks for itself. But we also believe our customers and our community deserve transparency.

We have over 235 reviews with a 4.9 rating, and we’ve been blessed to earn more than 50 five-star reviews in just the last six months. Every one of those reviews came from real customers who trusted us with their vehicles and shared their experiences.

When two 1-star reviews appear at virtually the same time from people we cannot identify as customers, and with no explanation of their experience, we feel an obligation to investigate and report it.

This isn't about our feelings. It's about protecting the integrity of a review system that local businesses and consumers rely on every day. Honest reviews, whether positive or negative, help businesses improve and help customers make informed decisions. Fake reviews hurt everyone.

Check Your Tire Pressure Monthly — Not Just When They Look Flat

Tires lose about 1 PSI per month naturally, and temperature changes accelerate this — for every 10°F drop, you lose another 1 PSI.
Underinflated tires wear unevenly, reduce fuel economy, and can overheat at highway speeds. Check pressure when tires are "cold" (driven less than a mile), and match the PSI on the sticker inside your driver's door jamb — not the number molded into the tire sidewall.

Here is a quick tip for you: Invest in a quality digital tire gauge (under $15) — the stick-type gauges that come free with air compressors are notoriously inaccurate.
