This 6.7 Powerstroke showed up at 8am this morning off the interstate. Trying to get back home to Pennsylvania. Had a bad injector causing a miss . Customer elected to go ahead and install a disaster prevention kit while it was in the shop . We did the disaster prevention kit first so we could inspect the regulator in the cp4 prior to the injector replacement. Good thing we did . We found some minor debris in the corner of the plastic screen barriers indicating the cp4 is starting to come apart. We quickly shifted gears and will be getting a full fuel system installed with a DCR swap so he won't have a cp4 to do this again. Gonna get some gaskets & seals it needs . And , a turbo leak fixed while its down. Hopefully have him ready to go back to Pennsylvania tomorrow evening. Its tougher to get these older trucks out as quick most of the time . But , we try to get these newer trucks out quick as we can . Especially folks that are stranded traveling

This is why a good technician/shop is so important! Had this 2016 6.7 Powerstroke come in this morning with a massive coolant leak . Found the primary radiator leaking. Which was wierd because this truck is super clean , low miles 30k to be exact , and good tight body mounts throughout. Upon removal to get a new ford radiator installed we found this ! Someone replaced the cooling fan which is clearly new . And , LEFT broken pieces of the old fan in the shroud which got shot into the radiator puncturing it ! This truck would've never needed a new radiator if it weren't for someone's lack of care / laziness ! Choose wisely folks 💪

We had a repeat customer have a leaking fuel line on his 6.0 econoline van . We had plenty of super duty lines upstairs but the van lines are different. This is his work van so we had the hose shop make him a line so we could stop the leak and get him back to work in the same day . We always try to do our best to help out our customers. Simple job but helped the customer out tremendously. We appreciate all our customers 🙌
