You hear it all the time: “Your tires need to be balanced.” “You need an alignment.” Or maybe both.

But what’s the difference, and why does it matter?

We know it can be confusing. Here’s Mason to break it down and explain what each one does for your vehicle.

This month, Donald celebrates 16 years with J&J.

Sixteen years of being there through it all : from humble beginnings to growth and expansion. Sixteen years of standing beside Jacob with a solid friendship, deep mutual respect, and a seemingly bottomless well of knowledge that Donald continues to share with so many of our employees today.

Donald, you have helped shape J&J into what it is today, not only through what you know and what you do, but through the kind of person you’ve been along the way.

Thank you, Donald, for everything you’ve done and everything you continue to do, for J&J and our family.

16 years ! And a legacy that runs through everything we’ve built.

Trust. Accountability. A willingness to learn.

You don’t have to know everything on day one. But you do have to be willing to learn, stick with the routine, take responsibility for your work, and keep getting better.

If that sounds like you and you’re looking for a team you can grow with, we’d love to talk.

J&J Tire & Service is now hiring general service technicians and experienced technicians.

Getting the most life out of your tires starts with regular rotations.

Rotating your tires every 6,000 miles helps them wear evenly and last longer. It also gives our team a chance to catch uneven wear early, inspect your suspension, and recommend an alignment before a small issue becomes a costly one.

It is all about keeping you safe, saving you money, and helping you get the most out of your tires.

We be better.

Something we think about every day around here.

Not perfect. Just a little better than yesterday: in our work, in how we treat people, and in how we show up.

What’s one thing you can do better today?

Thank you to everyone who participated in our community giveaway and nominated a family J&J could help.

Because of your nominations, we were able to reach four local families: providing three sets of tires and helping another family with clothes, backpacks, and school supplies.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that looks out for one another, and even more grateful for the opportunity to help.

Thank you for trusting J&J to be a small part of it.

Accountability is one of our core values at J&J.

That also means being transparent throughout the entire process.

Explaining what we find, communicating clearly, and making sure you’re comfortable every step of the way.

Happy Birthday, Bryan! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Bryan, our store manager at J&J Tire & Service on Glynn Park Road! (His birthday was yesterday!)

Bryan joined the J&J team in January 2017 and, within six months, stepped into the manager role. Nearly 10 years later, he’s become a familiar and trusted face to so many of our customers, and his name consistently shows up in the kind words and great reviews you leave us.

When he’s not taking care of customers and his team, you’ll find Bryan spending time with his family, four-wheeling, jet skiing, or, lately, remodeling his house. 😅

We’re incredibly lucky to have him as part of the J&J family.

Help us wish Bryan a very Happy Birthday !
