To Our Blanco Family Park Family,

We are excited to share an update on the progress taking place at Blanco Family Park.

One of the biggest improvements currently underway is Phase One of our new perimeter fence project. As you can see, construction is moving forward, and we're proud to share the progress that has already been made. Each section of fencing installed is another step toward creating a safer, more secure community for our residents. This project represents an important investment in the future of Blanco Family Park, and we look forward to sharing additional updates as each phase is completed.

We're also proud of another recent addition to our community—our new mural. More than just artwork, the mural was created to add beauty, character, and a stronger sense of community. We want Blanco Family Park to be more than just a place to live; we want it to be a place our residents are proud to call home.

These projects are part of our continued investment in our communities throughout the Rio Grande Valley. In addition to Blanco Family Park, improvements are taking place at our communities in Brownsville, San Benito, Harlingen, and Mission. From safety enhancements to beautification projects and other community improvements, we remain committed to creating welcoming neighborhoods where families can thrive.

This is only the beginning. We have additional improvements planned, and we look forward to sharing our progress with you every step of the way.

We wanted to take a moment to share something from the heart.

Our commitment to Blanco Family Park goes far beyond day-to-day operations. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the community, enhance safety, and create a place where families can feel comfortable, connected, and proud to call home. Every improvement we make is part of a larger vision for a stronger and brighter future for our residents.

Recently, we also added a new mural to our community. This project was designed to bring color, character, and a sense of pride to Blanco Family Park. We believe a community should feel more than just a place to live—it should feel like home. The mural reflects that vision and serves as a reminder of the unique spirit and identity that make our community special.

Another example of our ongoing investment is the new fence currently being installed around our community. This project was created with our residents in mind. The new perimeter fence will help increase safety, provide greater peace of mind for families, and create a more secure environment for everyone who calls Blanco Family Park home.
