Meet the faces behind Express & Geaux Automotive Leadership. 💙
Twice a year, we bring the leaders of Express & Geaux Automotive together for our Internal 20 Group, two days focused on learning, challenging ourselves, strengthening our operations, and setting the direction for what comes next.
Our Corporate Leadership Team and General Managers came together for two full days of training, accountability, collaboration, and strategy.
We dug into AI, digital retailing, our websites, the competitive landscape, reporting and analytics, dealership performance, service and fixed operations, acquisitions, customer experience, and more. The goal is not simply to keep up with where the automotive industry is headed. It is to make sure Express & Geaux Automotive are prepared to lead through it.
These meetings matter because growth doesn’t happen by accident. It takes leaders who are willing to challenge what we are doing today, hold each other accountable, embrace change, and continually look for ways to make our dealerships stronger and the experience better for our customers and our teams.
Technology is changing. The way customers shop is changing. Our group is growing. The automotive industry is evolving.
And we are committed to evolving with it.
