Long day battling with technology. This is the part beyond the nuts and bolts of auto repair nobody ever sees. You can't exactly bill for hours spent watching the screen swirl, or a customer for a new laptop so that their module can be properly programmed. But you need to spend the money and time to stay current...or get left behind! It's 10pm. I've been going since 7:45 am. Just grinding it out as always. And, as always....we are at your SERVICE!
