Y’all know I’ve been heads-down building something. Time to talk about it.
I built an AI agent that handles the repetitive customer questions small sellers get buried in — order status, shipping times, sizing, returns — over Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and website chat. It doesn’t try to be a hero on the hard stuff. Real problems get kicked straight to you, not fumbled by a bot pretending it knows the answer. And when a customer’s happy, it’ll ask them to leave you a review while that good feeling’s still fresh.
Here’s the honest part: I haven’t run this on anybody’s real business yet. You’d be the first. I think it’s going to help — that’s why I built it — but I’m not going to stand here and promise you the moon. We’d be figuring some of this out together.
So here’s what I’m offering:
• 30 days, completely free on my end — my time, my setup, my management
• You just cover your own chatbot platform subscription — about $15-25 a month, on your account, your card. It’s yours to keep whether we keep working together or not
• What I want back is simple: an honest testimonial when it’s done, and permission to share your results
If it works and you want to stick with me after the 30 days, we will negotiate that following month going forward.
Now, this isn’t for everybody, and I’d rather tell you that upfront than waste your time. You need:
1. A page, Instagram, or website with chat — Etsy Messages by itself won’t cut it, Etsy doesn’t allow outside tools in there
2. Actual message volume — at least a few customer messages a week, enough that this is genuinely eating your time
3. To be willing to hand me admin access to those channels
4. To send me your shipping times, return policy, and product details in writing
5. To actually respond to me during setup week — I can’t build this around silence
6. To be okay with your name and words in a testimonial
