WE’RE HIRING — POWERSPORTS SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Old School Moto is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced A- or B-level powersports technician to join the shop part-time to start.
We work on ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, older machines, long-sit units, electrical problems, fuel-system issues, top ends, engines, differentials and the kinds of repairs that actually require diagnosis and mechanical ability.
Our philosophy is simple:
Diagnose it right.
Fix what needs fixing.
Do the work correctly.
No shortcuts.
We’re not interested in throwing parts at a machine until the problem disappears. We want technicians who can think through a problem, determine what actually failed, and repair it correctly.
What we’re offering:
🔧 Part-time to start
💰 Generous base pay
📈 Profit sharing in addition to base pay
❄️ Climate-controlled workspace
🛠️ Real diagnostic and mechanical work
📍 Independent shop environment where experience and judgment matter
We also welcome semi-retired technicians and experienced mentors.
If you’ve spent decades turning wrenches and still enjoy the work—but don’t want a full-time schedule anymore—this may be exactly the kind of role that fits.
We value the experience that comes from years in the trade, and we also want people who are willing to pass that knowledge on to the next generation of technicians.
You don’t need to know every brand ever made.
You do need solid mechanical fundamentals, strong diagnostic ability, pride in your work, and the ability to work independently.
If you’re the kind of technician who still enjoys figuring out why something doesn’t work—and you’d like to do meaningful work without going back to a full-time grind—we’d like to talk.
