Over the next few days, temperatures are supposed to be above freezing! If you haven't already, we highly recommend digging your car out, especially clearing out snow/ice from around your tires. If you're not planning on moving your car, you should at least try starting it and let it run for 10-15 minutes, but MAKE SURE YOUR EXHAUST PIPE IS NOT BURIED IN SNOW.
