A message from our CEO , RJ Ladd .
As we enter the last few months of the year , I wanted to take a moment and remind our customers who are on our Registration Redemption Program that it and it's associated related benefits will end on December 31, 2026.
We started The Registration Redemption Program during COVID in 2020 to assist those drivers and customers who had outstanding issues with the MVA to register their vehicles until they resolve their matters . This program included but wasn't limited to allowing customers to register vehicles to our business, using our mailing address and or using our Dealer and Transportation plates.
Although most of the covid related matters were concluded in the end of 2021 and into 2022, a lot of customers were still dealing with their issues. It has been 5 years and some customers are still utilizing our program. I notified most of you via text message, email, and in person that I would be ending the program on December 31st of this year.
In moving forward, effective October 15th 2026 all customers who use our address must change their address with both the United States postal service and the motor vehicle administration. Any mail that has not been picked up from our office by then will be returned to the post office as undeliverable.
On November 1st we will start requesting title change applications for you to register your vehicle into your name.
On December 31st 2026 all license plates that are registered to Alarus or any associated dealer plates or transporter plates MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR OFFICES. Unless you have already surrendered them to the MVA then you will be required to produce a receipt from the MVA with our tag number and date of return on them. Dealer and Transport plates MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO OUR OFFICES.
Any vehicles that are not removed from our name on December 31st and any license plates that are not returned will be canceled with the MVA and any associated Department of motor vehicles , any dealer or transportation plates unreturned will be reported as stolen.
