🚨 RnR OFFROAD — A QUICK APPOINTMENT REALITY CHECK 🚨

Let’s clear up a little confusion about appointment times.

If your appointment is at 9:00 AM, your Jeep needs to be here at 9:00 AM. Not 10:00. Not noon. And definitely not a phone call at 10:00 saying, “I’ll be there around 3.” 😂

9:00 AM is an appointment time — not an all-day drop-off window.

We completely understand that life happens. If something comes up or you’re running late, please let us know BEFORE your appointment time. We’ll always do our best to work with you when we can.

But once your appointment time has come and gone, the appointment is missed. At that point, you’ll need to reschedule.

Think of it like going to the doctor. If your appointment is at 9:00 AM, you can’t call at 10:00 and say, “I’ll swing by around 3.” They’re probably not going to be sitting in the exam room all day staring at the clock waiting for you. 😂

Neither are we.

Our schedule is built around multiple customers, lifts, parts, and other Jeeps waiting their turn. When one appointment gets missed, it can throw off the entire day.

We respect your time. Please respect ours.

We’re pretty easy to work with when communication happens. What we can’t work with is no-show → hours later → “I’ll be there this afternoon.”

So please remember:

Appointment time = vehicle here and ready to go.

We appreciate everyone who helps us keep things moving and keeps RnR running on schedule.

We fix Jeeps. We don’t babysit appointment times. 😎

Hey everyone! 👋

RnR Offroad is currently working through a pretty heavy workload, and I’m doing my best to get everyone taken care of while also preparing for an upcoming work trip.

Because of that, I am not taking on any new work or scheduling additional jobs until after September 10th. This is simply to give me the opportunity to get caught up, take care of the vehicles and customers already on the schedule, and get ready for the trip without adding even more to the pile.

I may also be a little slower than usual responding to messages, calls, and estimates over the next few weeks.

I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding more than you know. The goal is to get caught up and make sure the work leaving the shop is still work I’m proud to put my name on. I’d rather be upfront about the wait than promise a timeline I can't realistically meet.

Thanks for sticking with RnR Offroad and for continuing to support the shop. 🤘

Appointments.

If you make an appointment, please make sure to include a phone number and email address that you can actually be reached at during business hours. If you can not be reached for whatever reason, let us know ahead of time so we can have a plan to get your Jeep done in a timely matter. When we can not reach you, it pushes the entire schedule back, including other folks in line.

We made it to the final 15 for the 2026 Malltimate Adventure!

We will be a little hard to get ahold of today. The shop flooded over the weekend at some point and we have a lot of clean up to do.

I will try to answer calls and emails this afternoon.

Parking!

Please be courteous to our neighboring shops and park your Jeep in the parking spots in front of our location. Not the other bays. We have Bays 7 and 8. Signage is on the windows at each location.

If you block in another business, you will get towed by them and we will not be responsible.
