🚨 We’re Hiring: Parts Coordinator (Heavy Duty) 🚨
We’re a busy heavy-duty repair shop and we don’t tolerate “waiting on parts.” This role is about speed + accuracy + margin.
Pay:
• $800/week flat
55,000-85,000 per year
• 4% Gross Profit commission (paid the following month)
You’ll be responsible for:
• Fast sourcing/ordering (immediate action)
• Confirmed ETAs + proactive updates
• Correct parts the first time (heavy duty fitment matters)
• Staging parts by RO/bay
• Returns + cores handled daily
• Freight/core notes tracked clean in Tekmetric
