Rebel Ink Tattoo will be offering a 60.00 minimum for those small Meaningful tattoos. This promotion will run for the month of December. Send a text to find out if Your tattoo will meet the minimum criteria. It'll go back to the regular $100 shop minimum in January. Time to take advantage through the holidays of this savings. Rebel Ink Tattoo Studio has moved from the Port of Brookings and is currently at 17002 Eastwood lane, Brookings. We are operating the same way as before.
