The Walmart CMN car show is upcoming and we plan to showcase various vehicles including cars, trucks, jeeps, old school vehicles, ATVs, and motorcycles. There will be a top 20 selection and awards for 1st-3rd place in each vehicle category. The event is set for late June or early July. What timing would work best for the majority: late evening, mid-day, or an alternative? Should we prioritize a weekday for the event to avoid weekend conflicts or schedule it on a weekend day when more people might be off work?

This Friday night (Halloween) we are having Trunk or Treat in the Wal-Mart parking lot. If any of you guys would like to decorate your Jeeps and join in we will be setting up at 6pm opening to the public at 6:30.
