Very frequently we have customers ask if they can supply parts. While we are willing to use customer provided parts. We also explain that you’re missing out on a 24,000 mile or 2 year warranty on our parts and labor. We also mention to our customers that in providing parts if they are wrong you are still responsible for assembly and disassembly.

In this photo a customer provided parts. Those parts didn’t have threads. Sometimes in trying to save a buck you end up spending more. We make sure to find quality, tested and proven parts that also match our warranty.

When looking to get your ride serviced or upgraded please feel free to reach out and we will make sure to get you right, the first time.
