—2011 Evo X

Prior to coming to us the engine had the head rebuilt and reinstalled. However,when that shop was torquing the head down the threads pulled out of the block. They then attempted to time cert the stud holes but drilled to deep/wide hitting the main oil galley and the coolant jackets, both were compromised causing oil and coolant to mix.

We were able to source a new/used 4b11 block and sent it to css to have the cylinder support system installed as well as bored/honed and assembled w new pistons and rods.

We then reassembled the longblock and reinstalled it into the vehicle. Everything came together perfectly and we cant wait to see the numbers it puts down when it hits the dyno after the initial break in!

b16 head freshened up with a 3 angle valve job, skunk2 alpha high comp valves and supertech 85lb dual valve springs. install coming soon.

91 civic ef 4dr w/ b16 swap, high compression, sk2 pro2s. wiring was hacked up and the dpfi-mpfi conversion was not completed correctly causing it to not run properly.

I made a tucked wire harness for the car utilizing the orginal harness and another harness that wasnt chopped in half at the shock tower plug!!Converted it to mpfi with obd1 dizzy plugs and high impedance injector setup. Then ran it neatly into the cabin where the hondata s300 and fuse box sits clean and organized. Will be street tuning it soon!

It feels so good to be back and to be able to build these cars I have such a passion for!

Up first was turboing this K20 swapped eg hatch along with alot of other upgrades!

A ton of work was done to get this car where it is today and i had the pleasure of installing alot of quality parts for a good friend and a valued customer.
