HI there, I have just tried getting on your website to try and order some much needed parts for my Gran Torino, when I try go the the website I am greeted with a message stating the website is not available in my country (UK), is this just a temporary measure because of COVID-19?

So I just got off the phone with Auto Krafters about a problem I have with a Neutral Safety Switch I purchased from Auto Krafters for my 1970 F100. The woman that answered the phone was very nice and transferred my call to technical department.Well when the fella I spoke with told me I had to mail part back at my expense and wait for them to send back to manufacturer then they would send it back to me I found myself a little frustrated. I did express my disappointment and told him I would share my experience, he told me that I should get my facts straight before I post anything because their website is very clear on return policy. Well I found tabs for vehicles,Parts, contact us etc,etc,etc but no tab for return policy. Maybe someone can point me to return policy tab so I can get my facts straight before I post my experience on all the ford truck sites I'm a member of. Thank you
