⚠️ COMMUNITY TOWING ALERT ⚠️

It has come to our attention that Road Rescue Network is advertising towing and roadside services throughout the Tri-Cities.

Please understand that this is a nationwide third-party dispatch service—not a locally owned Tri-Cities towing company operating its own local fleet. Their website advertises upfront dispatch or callout fees, and the job may then be sent to an independent towing company in the area.

Before paying anyone for a tow:

✅ Ask whether you’re speaking directly with the company that owns the truck
✅ Verify the company’s local address and phone number
✅ Ask for the complete price before agreeing to service
✅ Be cautious of upfront dispatch fees and unfamiliar 800 numbers
✅ Search the phone number before providing your card information

Exit 7 Towing & Recovery is local. When you call us, you speak directly with local dispatchers who know our community. Our company name and phone number are clearly displayed on our trucks, paperwork and official pages. We do not require upfront payment before arriving for a standard local tow.

☎️ 276-669-7773

Please share this warning and help your friends and family avoid paying unnecessary broker fees. When you need help, call a trusted local towing company directly.

⚠️ SCAM WEBSITE WARNING ⚠️

It’s been brought to our attention that scam towing website is taking customers who are trying to reach Exit 7 towing and recovery. We want our community to know how to protect themselves when they need a tow. Some websites make it look like you’re calling a local towing company, but connect you to someone else. Before you book a tow, take a moment to verify who you’re speaking with.

🚩 Be cautious if someone demands payment up front for a local tow, gives you a 1-800 or 1-888 number, or can’t clearly confirm the name and location of the company sending your truck. If anything feels off, hang up and call the company using a number you’ve verified yourself.

Exit 7 towing will never ask you to pay up front. We only collect payment once the job is complete. We’re local to the community we serve. You can find our number on our invoices, our trucks, and our website. Our number is not—and will never be—a 1-800 or 1-888 number.

Please share this so your friends and family know what to look for when they need a tow.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember where we were, what we felt, and how our nation came together.

Today, Exit 7 towing pauses to honor the 2,977 lives lost, the first responders who answered without hesitation, the nation who came together and the countless families who continue to carry the weight of September 11, 2001.

May we never forget the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown on that day. Time passes, but we will never forget. 🇺🇸
