Prime example that bigger is not always better. Teddy Morse's Daytona Harley-Davidson offered a free stage-one upgrade with the purchase of a New Bike. Our friend purchased a 2026 Street Glide and told to bring it in the next day to be installed. They were able to put the slip-ons on but unable to put new air filter or tuner on. They had just received notification the day of purchase that when upgrading the bikes computer for the tuner, a good chance the bike won't start. They also kept his old (New) parts and offered him a instore credit for their store. Bottom line, it might be late February before Harley has a fix for the tuner and he could take it to a dealership near home and have it installed. Closest dealership is about 100 miles away from his house, so another day shot.
He was also interested in a different windshield for his bike, and they sent him home with a demo to try. Instead of putting it on for him and he got home only to get a call from them saying, we gave you the wrong demo for your bike.
You would think the dealership would offer him some free accessories like the windshield & saddlebags guards to compensate for is time and wear on his bike since he has to keep going back to dealership when they can't deliver on their offer or send him home with the right parts.
So much more to say but I won't. Shame on them Teddy Morse's Daytona Harley-Davidson
