We have permanently closed Emissions Testing. Our repair shop remains open Monday thru Friday offering the same range of automotive services as in the past.
This shutdown only affects Emissions Testing. Our core business of automotive repairs continues to be our main focus as it has since 1946.

TO ALL FEDERAL EMPLOYEES AFFECTED BY THE CURRENT GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN

My name is Michael Hamelin, owner of Hamelin & Sons Service Station in Bristol, Ct.

Not being paid and worst yet, working and not being paid is counter to everything I have always believed. I would like to offer help to those affected by this government shutdown.

If your car is in need of repairs, Hamelin and Sons will repair it and hold the bill, interest free, until your pay resumes.

Just bring your car in with proof that you are a Federal Employee not being paid and agree to pay the bill when your pay resumes.

I hope in some small way this will help.
