Brigantine Beach 4x4 Assist

Just a reminder that there is NO drving on the front beach of Brigantine this weekend. The Riptide Derby starts on THURSDAY the 15th of September and you can pick up your Derby Permit on SUNDAY September 11th at Riptide Bait and Tackle. The PD says that if you are driving on the front beach BEFORE the 15th of September that you will be issued a ticket. Please read the rules posted below and if you don't know how to read give us a call and we will read them to you ....... :)

I have some good news and bad news.........

The bad news is that after much discussion with my business partner Dave, we have decided that we will not be offering the Brigantine Beach 4x4 Assist any longer.
The good news is that we will still be available to tow 24/7/365 . and we take care of you 24/7/365. The amount we charge will be dependent of the tow. If it's just a quick pop out of the sand then it will be minimal and if we have to pull you half way across the desert or out of the water, or off the jetty or back from the dunes it will be a little/lot more.

Thanks again to all the members that have been with us for the past 3 years.

The State Park Service's widely popular Annual Mobile Sport Fishing Vehicle Permits will be available for purchase online, for the first time, this year.

An on sale date will be posted in the coming days, once we have the physical passes in hand.

Permit types and fees are as follows:
🚗🎣 Island Beach State Park – Annual – NJ Resident $195 / Non-NJ $225
🎣 🚗 North Brigantine Natural Area – Annual – NJ Resident $50 / Non-NJ $75
🚗🎣 Corson’s Inlet State Park – Annual – NJ Resident $50 / Non-NJ $75

Please be aware that an additional $5 transaction fee will be added on to all permit purchases. This new online system will ensure faster permit processing, and added convenience for the surf fishing community.

Mobile Sport Fishing Vehicle Permits grant the permit holder’s 4x4 vehicle access to drive on to the beaches at Island Beach State Park, North Brigantine Natural Area and Corson’s Inlet State Park for the sole purpose of fishing.

Magnets are back!!

Darin T stopped by to drop off some magnets and they are 5.00 a piece and he said all the profits are going to the Marine Mammal Stranding Center in Brigantine NJ.
